Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Frequency Electronics Inc. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund promptly. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your bank statement may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@hmca.shop.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@hmca.shop and send your item to: 55 Charles Lindbergh Blvd, Uniondale, NY 11553, United States.

Warranty

All products purchased from Frequency Electronics Inc. are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
