Order Processing
Orders placed on https://hmca.shop are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received weekdays after 10am EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. We strive to pack and ship your order as soon as your credit card is authorized, and you will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Domestic US Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. All packages are shipped via UPS with the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5 to 7 business days): Free
- 2nd Day Air (2 business days): $20
- Next Day Air (1 business day): $35
Please ensure you provide a street address for delivery, as we are unable to ship to PO Box, APO, or US territories at this time. Orders with 5 or more units or valued at $500 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Hawaii & Alaska Shipping
For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer Ground shipping which takes 5-7 business days at a flat rate of $30.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the continental United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
